*Our three-month warranty covers basic hardware issues. If a hardware malfunction occurs, the defective component will be replaced with a fully functional one. This limited warranty also includes support from the CTE IT Essentials student help desk. Please note that support is available only during school hours and within the academic calendar. No warranty services are offered outside of these times.
